Diamond cutting using VCarvePro

Post by Colin P F »

I was asked to create this artwork for my brother who is working in Russia for the next few months, He is giving several of them as presents to the men he is working with, I think they have turned out great.

Cheers,

Colin

Procedure used

Post by Colin P F »

I found the artwork on the net and re-drew it using Casmate, I then imported it into VCarve Pro using 2D profile tool path "ON" using a standard drag diamond to engrave as sample, It took around 13 minutes to engrave and the font used was Azure, The engraving machine was a Gravograph IS200 TX.

Cheers,

Colin
