Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Clarification

After 12 months staff become beneficiaries of the Vectric Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

The EOT holds a 51% (controlling) share of Vectric in trust on behalf of the staff. 51% of all dividends thus go to the Trust and are distributed periodically to the staff using an open and consistent formula in proportion to salary and time-served with the company.

Distributions are made at the discretion of the EOT Trustees (one of whom is elected by staff) independently of Vectric Ltd., it's Managers or Directors. It is, nonetheless, a very important consideration for candidates. Provided the company is profitable, these distributions have the potential to be considerably more significant than the annual bonus. For most of our current staff this has been the case for the last two years.

Please note: This is not a direct contractual part of the remuneration package offered by Vectric Ltd. but automatically results from becoming a staff-beneficiary of the EOT after 12 months of employment.

About Vectric

Vectric is an employee-owned software development company specialising in applications designed to make cutting parts using CNC technology a highly productive and enjoyable experience.

The combination of power and simplicity lets users efficiently generate, modify and enhance their design, then quickly create precise toolpaths to drive the CNC. We back this up with a friendly and knowledgeable community of staff and customers who provide a user-experience that is second to none.

Not familiar with CNC machining? No worries! Making stuff is infectious so it doesn’t take long to be inspired by what our community are creating to learn more about it.

"The most important part of Vectric software for me is being able to proof check jobs by running simulations within the software to assure perfect results on the CNC, which also reduces waste."
