More CNC Accessories

If your CNC has a spoil board you probably have had to replace it, either because of an unfortunate measuring miss-hap or its needs an upgrade. While Todd was changing an old spoil board he had a thought to create a few more CNC accessories that will take advantage of a design change.

This free project is made up of four, small, but useful projects and one larger storage solution… that doubles as a shop sign. Using the template of the new spoil board Todd will show you how to make a location square, cam pressure holds, wedges and a sanding wedge. With each project you will learn how he developed their designs, powerful software tips to save you time, and a few tricks along the way.

When it comes to making the sign Todd will use a combination of the accessories this project and a few from his first CNC accessories video. Its important to remember to use the proper hold downs and material holds for every job… so having options on hand or that can be quickly made really helps in ensuring everything is secure and safe!
